<li>台灣地區訂單正常的出貨程序為 2 至 7 個工作日，視供應商不同而有所差異，有些出貨程序比較特別的商品，我們會直接將相關資訊寫在商品網頁裡面，還請下單時注意。</li>
<li>我們將按照您訂購時所填寫的資料，開立二聯或三聯式統一發票，隨同商品一起寄出。</li>

<b>退換貨說明：</b><br/>

<li>若您收到的貨品有因郵寄過程導致嚴重破損想退換貨者，請您於收到貨品3天內與我們聯絡，辦理退換貨事宜。<br/>
<li>如貨品有小瑕疵是不能退換的，因為水晶玉器等常有小瑕疵，這是因為我們都賣天然水晶玉器，有小瑕疵是正常的。退貨運費由買家負責支付。<br/>
<li>有質量問題的商品只能進行調換同一款的商品，不能退換其它的商品。本店一律不接受以顏色不喜歡，穿著不舒服，沒有圖片中的漂亮，線頭太多，太大或者太小等理由進行調換或退貨。<br/>
<li>我們認定的質量問題為：破損、大面積髒污、裝飾脫落,染色。我們不認定的質量問題為：有線頭、一點點能清洗的小污點，下水洗過退色、小小的脫線勾針，紐扣脫離、色差等。<br/>
<li>若貨品己經拆封卻無任何損壞或瑕疵，我們不接受退貨之服務。<br/>
<li>貨品退回後，如發現沒有嚴重破損者，此顧客將失去以後的退貨權力。<br/>
